Shipping, returns, and responsibility

The Shipping Policy governs delivery estimates. Under the Refund Policy, we accept defective and non-defective returns of new goods and exchanges, subject to the stated condition, 30-day request window, approval, mail-return, included prepaid-label, no-restocking-fee, and refund terms.
